My background spans front-end development, UX design, service design, public sector product work, and applied AI product development. Over time, that work has moved increasingly toward improving complex systems shaped by operational, policy, and implementation constraints.

Founder / Human-AI Interaction Designer

ForwardVantage AI / Independent Product Development

  • Design and build conversational assistants, agentic workflows, voice experiences, and human-in-the-loop systems for practical business and service use cases.
  • Built an AI-assisted intake workflow that validates submissions, routes inquiries, identifies missing information, and generates context-aware follow-up messages using defined persona, tone, and structured-output rules.
  • Implemented approval, revision, cancellation, and manual-override paths to preserve human oversight before AI-generated communications are sent.
  • Designed Bob's Bots, a multi-channel scheduling assistant with chat and Vapi voice interfaces connected to a reusable MCP-based backend for appointment management, customer lookup, and business-information retrieval.
  • Developed an AI UX Research Assistant that converts usability notes into structured findings while preserving researcher review and control.
  • Use OpenAI models and APIs, n8n, Vapi, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Python, TypeScript, Flask, Notion, and Gmail integrations to develop and test AI-assisted product concepts.

  • Designed government service experiences within the Online Filing Center using the Canada.ca design system.
  • Created user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to support clearer navigation and more usable transactional experiences.
  • Worked closely with business teams and developers to refine designs, support implementation, and validate direction through testing.
